Training

TTS training is based on an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology focused upon technical subject matter to support operations and maintenance organizations. Courses such as, Logical, Mechanical, I & C, Automated Warehousing Programs, and many more. Our training services include:

Training Program Design – Based upon identified client needs or through the results of a Job Task Analysis (JTA), TTS will design a performance-based, skills oriented training program. Based on the subject matter, training may be designed to include hands-on, job aids, structured on-the-job activities, self-study, classroom, online, or multi-mode training.
Training Program Development – Our capabilities include the development of all training media and materials (course books, instructor guides, testing, OJT) including hands-on simulators. Development of many courses is facilitated by our extensive library of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation content.
Training Program Delivery – TTS can provide instructors for any content we develop and for many courses developed by third parties. Additionally, we can support program management, scheduling, and OJT oversight as needed for program success.
Training Program Evaluation – We design and develop evaluations at all levels and granularity, from the simple question based exam to more sophisticated evaluations of on the job performance improvement.
