Workforce Enablement, within the Craft Skills, is the systematic process of equipping employees with the skills, standard work, tools, training systems, and performance environment required to execute tasks safely, consistently, and independently. Enabling a high‑performing workforce requires maturity across six integrated domains: assessment, training design, development, implementation, execution, and evaluation.
