Train-the-Trainer
Empower your trainers to teach with confidence. At TTS, we offer two forms of our Train‑the‑Trainer (T3) program. The first focuses on how to deliver TTS’s Off-the-Shelf content, while the second emphasizes building the skills to design, develop, and deliver powerful learning experiences. Our programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs of trainers, ensuring they feel equipped and inspired. Additionally, we provide ongoing support and resources to help trainers refine their techniques and adapt to various learning environments.
Off-the-Shelf Delivery
Deliver ready-made training with confidence and consistency. This Train-the-Trainer program prepares facilitators to effectively deliver off-the-shelf instructor-led training (ILT) and hands on labs—even when they didn’t create the content. Trainers learn how to interpret instructor guides, manage pacing, reinforce key concepts, and facilitate lab activities while keeping learners engaged. Ideal for onboarding new trainers or standardizing delivery across teams and locations.
Instructional Design & Delivery
Build trainers who can design and deliver high-impact learning. This program equips professionals with the skills to design, develop, and facilitate performance-focused training using adult learning principles and structured instructional design.
Participants apply these skills in a recorded training session and receive individualized coaching to strengthen confidence, consistency, and instructional impact.
