Louis Rivera – Founder, President, and CEO

Louis Rivera is the Founder, President, and CEO of Technology Transfer Services, a technical training company based in Tampa, Fl. He is responsible for all daily operations, including the planning, development and implementation of policies and objectives of the organization, as well as coordinating functions and operations between divisions and departments. With over 30 years of experience in the field of maintenance management, he is also the business development and project director for many Fortune 100 clients. His scope of experience spans several fields, including petrochemical, refining, consumer products, electric utility, pharmaceutical, and paper and pulp firms.

 

Anthony Foskey – Chief Operating Officer & Director of Technical Training

Anthony Foskey is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Technical Training at Technology Transfer Services, which is based in Tampa, Fl. He is primarily responsible for quality control, client relations, and project management. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Maintenance and Operations, he has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies on five continents. His representative project skills include functional job analysis techniques, accelerated learning/teaching principles and test item construction and analysis. Previously, Mr. Foskey was responsible for the design and implementation of technical training courses in the Mechanical Maintenance field for many major manufacturing and electrical utilities companies. He credits his expansive knowledge of maintenance and operations excellence to his nine years of service in the US Navy Submarine Fleet.

 

Michael Coats – Vice President

As Vice President of Technology Transfer Services, Michael Coats is responsible for the instruction and quality control of the company’s training and promotional materials, as well as assisting in the daily operation of the company. He also serves as the Director of Automation/I&C Services, coordinating both the development and instruction of site-specific Instrumentation and Controls training courses. Mr. Coats’ prior experience included performing job and task analyses, developing outlines for training curriculums, conducting plant equipment walkdowns, and the development of job and system descriptions for Operations and Maintenance personnel. In addition, he has been a project manager and instructor, providing training and materials for the development and presentation of site-specific courses to technicians and operators at both nuclear and fossil fuels plants. He attended the US Navy Nuclear Power and Electronics School, served in the US Navy for nine years, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from New School University of New York.

 

Greg Foskey – Chief Financial Officer

Greg Foskey is the Chief Financial Officer for Technology Transfer Services, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for all finances, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and tax and corporate insurance. A valuable member of the Executive Management Team, Greg provides operational support, supervises the finance department, as well as assists in establishing objectives, strategic planning, and selecting outside consultants. He is responsible for assessing organizational performance against both the annual and long-term company strategy while providing recommendations on operations, budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting needs. With over 30 years experience in the fields of Operations and Finance, Mr. Foskey has also served as a teacher for several colleges, including Cleveland State University. He possesses an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland, as well as a BSBA in Management and Finance from John Carroll University. Greg’s certifications include CIRM (Certified in Integrated Resource Management), CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), and the APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional Program.)
